Unfortunately I see so many girls who can’t grasp this concept and it comes from the fact we live in a world of such instant gratification. People need to realise there is no fast fix for weight loss! It takes a lot of hard work, dedication and persistence. These sorts of changes take time and are rarely instantaneous.
